Brietta Russell, EconomistBrietta Russell is an Economist at the Bureau of Business and Economic Research. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Oregon, where she specialized in urban economics, public policy analysis, and applied microeconomics. Dr. Russell has researched short-term rentals and regulatory policy, as well as financial access in the presence of institutional instability.
